OXE Salamander - WiFi Smart Home Camera

OXE Salamander is a smart home WiFi camera with operation on two large-capacity 9600 mAh batteries. With this camera you will protect every corner of your home. OXE Salamander is equipped with a PIR motion detector that works up to 10 meters. The camera is made of high quality and durable material in a waterproof design with IP65 protection. The OXE Salamander security camera can record with Full HD sound.

In the case of night recording, you can choose whether you want to take a picture in black and white (with invisible afterglow) or in day colors, ie in full color (with visible afterglow). The camera can be connected to a mobile device via WiFi, where you can view what is currently happening in the monitored object in the application, or you can view the record already taken and saved. The captured recording is stored on a cloud storage or micro SD memory card with a maximum capacity of 128GB.

PIR motion detection

The OXE Salamander security WiFi camera is equipped with a PIR motion detector. The camera detects movement up to a distance of 10m. This saves energy - the recording / alarm is only triggered when moving in the specified area.

Quality day and night recording

The battery-powered security camera captures video in maximum 1080P (Full HD) resolution to capture every detail. You can also choose to record in lower resolution 720P (HD). In the case of night recording, you can select a black-and-white recording that is taken with an invisible daylight, or you can make a full-color night recording in day colors. Color night recording consumes less power. During color night recording, daylight can also be used as an alarm function (a thief can be frightened by the lightning and leave the subject). The camera has a WDR function and a light balance that is too bright or too dark. The maximum length of the video is 3 minutes.

More accurate, more intelligent

All captured records are stored in cloud storage. The security smart camera supports the identification of vehicles and pets, thanks to which you can set up scenarios so that the PIR sensor is not activated on these objects and the recording does not start. You can also set the scenario by setting the PIR motion detector to activate when the vehicle or pet moves. The OXE Salamander security WiFi camera can be used to monitor objects against intrusion by strangers, to prevent theft or to monitor pets. The camera allows you to define the monitoring area, for example, by focusing only on key areas or on the exact angle of view. The PIR detector starts recording when movement in the monitored area occurs. The camera has intelligent functions.

The VicoHome application is used to display the image of the cameras and their settings. It exists in several versions. They differ in the size of the Cloud Storage (common for all connected cameras) and in the setting options.

More storage options, encryption of the entire record

The OXE Salamander Security Smart Camera allows two methods of saving the captured record:

• saving the record to cloud storage,
• save the record to a micro SD card (max 128GB).

The data transfer between the smart camera and the cloud storage is fully asymmetrically encrypted using an algorithm. The transfer of the recorded record is thus secure.

Camera operation

The operation of the OXE Salamander camera is ensured by two large-capacity 9600 mAh batteries (type 21700). This ensures long-term and reliable camera operation even when recording in the highest quality. The battery is charged by removing it from the magnetic holder and charging it with a standard USB-B charger
